SOUL PAINTING WORKSHOPS 2021

You will be based in Runcton, just outside Chichester in West Sussex and in an art space surrounded by nature, running streams and fresh air.

MORNING - You'll start the day immersing yourself in a guided simple meditation and opening chant to get your creative juices flowing. Then it's paint, paint and more painting! Kirtan music with its roots in India will be flowing through the studio space. 

AFTERNOON - Lunch is not provided as this is a one-day mini-retreat for your creative soul and so there is also a little room for self-inquiry and sufficiency. If you feel like wandering amongst the farmlands and painting, drawing or writing under the trees alone then you are free to do so. This is not a traditional fine art class, we are simply holding  a creatively charged and energetic space. It's all about intention and intuition! This one day retreat is a perfect launchpad to reignite your creative practice, get focused and also let go. 

END OF DAY - Closing chant and art share. Joanne and Gilli have combined nearly 50 years of arts know how as well as heart centred teachings.
