ABOUT MY GICLEE PRINTS AND GREETING CARDS

Joanne Webb Studio proudly works with one of the UK’s largest print rooms, running over 20 fine art inkjet print machines; specialising in a fine art process commonly known as giclée printing. They offer a complete range of fine art and photo print papers.

They are trusted by the most prestigious brands - including the National Maritime Museum, Natural History Museum and The Royal Society - to produce and dropship museum quality fine art prints ESPECIALLY FOR YOU!

As a Fine Art Trade Guild approved printer they undergo annual testing by a UKAS approved laboratory. Key requirements for this quality standard are the lightfastness of a print, ensuring that it scores a value of 6 or more on the Blue Wool Scale in all areas. They only use original and official UV (pigment based) inks ensuring each print faithfully reproduces the tone, temperature and colour of the original image. UV inks contain enhanced light stabilisers; offering far more durability than dye-based inks; protecting the vibrancy of your prints for over 100 years in ideal conditions.

Hahnemühle German etching

A heavy-duty paper with a slightly more textured finish than photo rag. The velvety matte surface is optimised for high-contrast prints and works brilliantly for open editions. The paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for reproducing paintings, lithographs and fine art photography.

Hahnemühle photo rag

A heavy-duty matte paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and excellent black saturation. It has a soft texture with a lightly defined felt structure. Popular with professional photographers, this paper produces very high-quality print reproductions.
