Come and join us in our little brick terracotta barn for a self-soothing and unique uplifting art-making opportunity and painting retreat in Runcton, Chichester, West Sussex, UK.
The immersive, gentle and sacred quality of the Creative Metta retreat is what makes us stand out from other contemporary art and academic-focused artist-led workshops. We simply aim to hold space so that you can experience a concentrated burst of creative energy and self-discovery away from distraction which will enable you to dive deep into your intuitive source.

The core course content is self-directed and so this is a free and flowing 4-day experience with structured heart cantered nuggets of knowledge, wonderful calming music and gentle teaching as you go along.
Start exactly where you are, no arts experience needed but an interest in making art is essential, all creative artistic levels are welcome.
